But try to find a more recent updated one the one linked is very old and may not work at all. Once they age up into toddlers the skin tone always corrects itself to what it's supposed to be. It's not really a big deal since you can't edit infants in CAS anyway. While I don't think they still change when babies are picked up, it isn't unusual for a baby to have a dark skin tone as an infant and a light one as a toddler or vice versa.

As that particular post is from 2016 and several updates have been released since then including the Nifty Knitting patch that added onesies for babies and the Snowy Escape patch that changes babies skin tones all together.Ĭurrently baby skin tones are still buggy. Please describe the patch or change you made. Glancing at the one you linked I would suggest double checking to see if there is an updated version. In general I do know that baby skin replacement mods work as I use one myself. Especially since we have no idea what else is in your mods folder. There's no way for any of us to know if a specific mod will break your game.
