Yes, yes, I know, that's a problem others have mentioned. This has the added benefit of making the neck appear longer without increasing the sims height. Sliders for body shape have disappeared for my sims. This slider allows you to increase the height of your sims shoulders. Tried searching for an answer to my issue, but nothing fits exactly.
